The BMRS10 Celisys machine is manual and very flexible. The laser sintering becomes possible on heavy or large size articles. The mechanical arm which holds the laser is equiped with a stabilizer for an easier operator use. Some guides allow as well a precise positioning of the laser head and these guides are adapted to different articles. A safety optical protection gives also the good working distance.

The Celisys RML10 machine is semi-automatic equipment. The different operations of the process are automatically provided by the machine, which is loaded-unloaded manually by an operator. Fitted with four stations located around a mechanical and indexed turntable, the Celisys RML10 machine allows the backstamping of tableware in small or large series by laser sintering. The pieces being positioned on supports under the turntable eliminate the adjustments od the different modules and minimise the downtime.

During 2006, Bost Garnache Industrie (part of the FACOM Group) decided to replaceits traditional marking process using a YAG laser by installing the Cerlase process of laser sintering of mineral powder. The improvements in quality and the aesthetic marking as well as improvement in production rates more than justified the investments made by Bost Garnache Industrie plant (located in Laissey). The equipment supplied by Cerlase involved the CML50 machine. This machine is based on a conveyor system which supports a circulatory tray process. The trays carry the items to be marked. The pulverization of the color, drying, laser sintering and cleaning are carried out by independent modules which are located around the conveyor. The operation of the process is accomplished by Cerlase designed software to comply with order requirement.
